Jiménez Cruz Peña has a broad history in the representation of cases vis-vis the Dominican State. Our services include active participation in:

• Negotiation and drafting of contracts for the granting of public concessions and public works.
• Administrative appeals and actions before several government institutions, including the areas of telecommunications, health, taxes and customs, among others.
• Litigation before the Contentious Tax and Administrative Tribunal for matters related to the application of sanctions, official tax assessments, challenges of contracts entered into with the Administration, and appeals or defenses against challenges on the use of the broadcast band.

Recently, attorneys at Jiménez Cruz Peña participated in a process against the Dominican State challenging a tax assessment on a commercial operation in the amount of US$517,000,000.
