• A tourism project in the eastern region of the country, with an investment of US$72,000,000.
• Representation of Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in the financing and structuring of security in the electric sector.
• Within the electric sector, attorneys at Jiménez Cruz Peña have participated in large projects for the financing of electric plants acquired by generation companies, and in the re-acquisition by the government-owned Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Eléctricas Estatales of the shares of the distribution companies Edenorte and Edesur, representing an investment of approximately US$700,000,000.
