The Dominican General Agency of Standards and Quality Systems (“DIGENOR” for its Spanish acronym), has been recently substituted by the Dominican Institute for Quality (“INDOCAL” for its Spanish acronym)*, through the application of Law 166-12 on the Dominican System for Quality (“SIDOCAL” for its Spanish acronym) dated July 12, 2012.

Marcos Peña has been identified by Who's Who Legal for recognition in The International Who's Who of Aviation Lawyers 2013.

Jimenez Cruz Peña has contributed to Doing Business 2013, "Smarter Regulations for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises" 

As in previous years, this year Marcos Peña, Partner of Jimenez Cruz Peña, contributed to Getting the Deal Through, 2012 with the chapter on Anti-Corruption in the Dominican Republic.

Because of our vast experience in assisting clients in introducing products and services into the Dominican market, we have been selected to contribute this article to the International Law Quarterly, its Winter Issue dedicated to international intellectual property.

Once again, our firm was asked to contribute with the 2012 special edition, Business Crime of the International Comparative Legal Guide publication.
